Ms. Zhu is an
independent third-party senior consultant and industry expert of pharmaceutical
supply chain, as well as the head of C3SCH ZhiHui Pharmaceutical. She holds an
MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA from the Kelley School of
Business at Indiana University, USA. She is also a certified SCOR-P Supply
Chain Architect by ASCM.
From 2016 to 2023,
Ms. Zhu concurrently served as Deputy Secretary-General of the China
Association of Pharmaceutical Commerce and Secretary-General of the
Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Branch. From 2010 to 2018, she successively held
the positions of Head of Risk and Operations Management at Sinopharm Logistics
and National Head of Logistics Planning and Management at Sinopharm Group,
responsible for the operation and planning management of Sinopharm Group
national logistics centers, and promoting special tasks such as logistics
standardization & integration and action cost estimation.
Ms. Zhu has been
actively involved in the industry for over a decade, promoting the development
of pharmaceutical supply chain logistics. From 2016 to 2023, she served as a
member of the editorial board of the Blue
Book of Pharmaceutical Distribution Industry every year, responsible for
writing research reports on the pharmaceutical supply chain industry. She also
took the lead in organizing the drafting and revision of two industry
standards, namely the Logistics Service
Capability Evaluation Standard of Drug Distributors and the Pharmaceutical Logistics Quality and Service
Capability Evaluation Standard of Pharma-related Logistics Companies, as
well as the classification and grading assessment of the pharmaceutical
logistics service capacity of Pharma-related Logistics Companies. Ms. Zhu has
participated in the research on the 13th and 14th Five-Year plans for the drug
distribution industry on multiple occasions, and has been involved in the
discussion and revision of the pharmaceutical logistics section of the “14th Five-Year” Plan for the development of
Cold Chain Logistics issued by the National Development and Reform
Commission. She also
engaged in multiple research projects organized by Special Committee on
Research of Drug Circulation Supervision of China Society for Drug Regulation
(CSDR), Shanghai
Association of Food and Drug Safety (SAFDS) and China Association of
Pharmaceutical Commerce, covering topics such as third-party logistics for
drugs, the national unified large market, multi-warehouse operation of drug
logistics, and the service value and distribution cost of pharmaceutical
distribution enterprises under the background of centralized procurement.
In 2023, she served
as a technical expert for the “Shanghai Standard” professional evaluation
institution in the field of health care and was honored with the title of “Shanghai Outstanding Women’s Role Model” in 2015.
