Mr. Tan graduated
from Tongji University with an MBA degree. He is a CPSM certified by the
Institute for Supply Management (ISM), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (USA), a
International Professional Trainer certified by IPTA, a mentor of Green Supply
Chain & Smart Manufacturing Innovation Camp, a senior advisor of Xizi
Supply Chain Management Club, an expert advisor of ACE Supply Chain Innovation,
an academic advisor of Supply Chain World at GPA, a Customs special instructor
of Shanghai Technology Innovation Center, and an external mentor of
International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool
University (XJTLU). He has published articles in the national key journal Imp-Exp Executive.
With over two
decades of procurement, logistics, and supply chain management experience at
Fortune Global 500 enterprises of Europe and USA, Mr. Tan has served globally
renowned pharmaceutical corporations including Sino-American Squibb, Eli Lilly,
Novartis, successively holding positions such as Procurement Manager, Senior
Logistics Manager, Senior Supply Chain Manager, and Associate Director of
Operations. He has extensive experience in logistics management, hazardous
chemicals management, international trade, procurement and supply chain.
