Mr. Xu has successively held positions as Head of Supply Chain China, Non-Oral Preparation Supply Chain Consultant of US headquarters, and Head of External Manufacturing China at Eli Lilly. He holds an MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, an EMBA from Fudan University, complemented by professional certifications as a CPIM and CLTD. He is also a member of Subcommittee 7 on Pharmaceutical Logistics of National Technical Committee 269 on Logistics of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC269/SC7), a senior logistician of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP), and a training instructor for Certification of Professional Supply Chain Manager (CPSCM) of the CFLP.
