Mr. Wen has been
engaged in the supply chain management for over a decade. His career has
spanned multiple industries, from foreign to private enterprises, from
electronics, chemicals to pharmaceuticals, and then to new retail. He has
gradually expanded from domestic supply chain management to the APAC region and
eventually stepped onto the global supply chain stage. His cross-industry and
cross-regional experience has witnessed the rapid development of the supply
chain field and he is well aware of the unique challenges and opportunities of
supply chain management in different industries and regions. Mr. Wen adheres to
the working philosophy of “seeking truth and being pragmatic, efficient and
innovative”, and firmly believes that supply chain management is not only the
management of logistics and inventory, but also the core of corporate
competitiveness.
