Mr. Liu Wei, Director of the Safety and Emergency Response Department at
Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry Testing Co., Ltd., has been
engaged in chemical physical hazard testing, hazardous chemical classification
and identification, hazardous material emergency response, and accident
investigations. He leads a team in providing continuous hazard classification
and identification testing services for chemical enterprises and regulatory
authorities. He has repeatedly spearheaded specialized safety inspection and
diagnostic services for hazardous chemical companies, accumulating substantial
practical experience in chemical physicochemical parameter testing and accident
investigation. His work has provided professional technical support for
hazardous chemical regulation in the Yangtze River Delta region. He has led or
participated in 5 research projects funded by the Ministry of Science and
Technology of the People’s Republic of China,
Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, and Shanghai
Municipal Development & Reform Commission, published 5 scientific papers,
filed 5 patent applications, and taken part in 3 chemical-related accident
investigations.
