He studied at the Department of Polymer Materials at East China University of Science and Technology from 1990 to 1994, and at the Department of Industrial Economics at the International Business School of Shanghai University from 2000 to 2003. He respectively obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master of Economics degree. In 2004, he joined SECCO, where he is responsible for logistics HSSE, HSSE performance evaluation, systems, culture, accident investigation, and hazardous chemicals management.
